Megan's quilt

My daughter's best friend was diagnosed with leukemia just a few days before Christmas.  With a feeling of helplessness, what's a quilter to do but make a quilt?  I had some cute fabrics from the Out to Sea collection by Sarah Jane for Michael Miller.  I used a pale blue Minky dot for the back.

Megan is undergoing chemo and has a good prognosis.   I hope this can bring a smile to her sweet face.
