Officially 2!

My baby girl is celebrating her 2nd official birthday today.  She was born on Leap Day, 8 years ago today.  Special from the very beginning, that's for sure!   Her birthday presents include a Hello Kitty sewing machine and the promise for me to teach her to sew.  She can hardly wait!

    Happy Birthday to your baby girl. I taught my granddaughter how to sew on a "little" machine and made her first quilt when she was 8. Your daughter is the perfect age to learn!!

    Well a huge Happy 8th Birthday to your sweet girl. Chloe will love to know someone born on exactly the same day. You know of course that it was a leap century too - so they are both extra special!! My girl is also a sewer and has the children's Janome. Maybe they could do a little swap of some sort in the future.
