Here are my next 2 blocks in the Web Sampler project I am doing along with Perry, Cindy, Carol and Nicole. I'm sure my cohorts are going to leave me in the dust, but until I get my quilts ready for the show in just a couple weeks, this project will have to proceed at a snail's pace. I hope I will be able to step it up after our quilt show is over.
These look real good, Lisa. I did the one on the right, but my striped material is not going the same way all the way around. I start them off that way, and somewhere along the way I lose focus and they never end up right, lol. I am right there with you as far as being slow on this one. I have finished one more block in two weeks, pathetic, right?
ReplyDeleteThose blocks are lovely. I almost forgot about the show - QA right? I need to put that on my calendar. I am in need of some a quilt show right now.
ReplyDeleteHah! I haven't done one single thing towards making my blocks. So much for leaving you in the dust!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! Great job!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I don't think anyone will be leaving you in the dust except for Carol who is on a quilting retreat probably working on all of her blocks. LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat great blocks and love the colors too.
ReplyDeleteNot only do you do great work but the fabric placement is perfection!!!
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely blocks -- and unless you're having a contest, I'd say simply enjoy the process :0).
ReplyDeleteThat block on the right was so fun to do...I love these blocks.
ReplyDeleteYour blocks are gorgeous! You know the others won't care if you're a bit "behind" them. They're just happy you're a part of the project!
